September Lease Renewals Announced

The Eyde Company is pleased to announce their lease renewals for September

Valerie Shebroe, Barbara Rossen and Esther Park have renewed their lease for one more year.  They are located at Northwind Office Park at 2875 Northwind Drive in East Lansing.  Northwind is close to Michigan State University campus as well as short drives to Downtown Lansing and Okemos. 

MSU AIS has renewed their lease for 5 additional years.  They are located on the second floor of 4660 S. Hagadorn Road in East Lansing, across from Michigan State University campus.  The HTRC office complex has a great location - close to MSU, restaurants, the Michigan Athletic Club and Sparrow Health Science Pavilion.  There is also easy access to I-96 and US-127/I-496.

MSU/U of M Family Study has renewed their lease for an additional 5 years.  They are located on the sixth floor of 4660 S. Hagadorn Road in East Lansing, across from Michigan State University campus.  The HTRC office complex has a great location - close to MSU, restaurants, the Michigan Athletic Club and Sparrow Health Science Pavilion.  There is also easy access to I-96 and US-127/I-496.

Hagadorn Road in East Lansing.  The HTRC office complex has a great location - close to MSU, restaurants, the Michigan Athletic Club and Sparrow Health Science Pavilion.  There is also easy access to I-96 and US-127/I-496.

MSU AIS has renewed their lease for an additional 5 years.  MSU AIS is located at 4700 S. Hagadorn Road, suite #152 in East Lansing.  The HTRC office complex has a great location - close to MSU, restaurants, the Michigan Athletic Club and Sparrow Health Science Pavilion.  There is also easy access to I-96 and US-127/I-496.

Ricoh has expanded their space at 2321 Club Meridian Drive in Okemos.  They have added an additional 571 sf to their existing space.  Heritage Office Park is located at the corner of Bennett Road and Okemos Road, just one mile north of the I-96 interchange.
