Bamboo House Restaurant Expands

The Eyde Company is proud to announce the expansion of the Bamboo House Restaurant in the Gull Crossing plaza in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Gull Crossing is located at 5280 Gull Road, near the corner of Gull Road and Sprinkle Road. 

The Bamboo House is a family-owned Chinese restaurant and buffet, specializing in authentic Chinese dishes.  The restaurant is expanding from 4,000 square feet to nearly 6,000 square feet and adding more seating and new restrooms.  Along with the dining area expansion, the buffet area will grow to allow for more food options. 

In order to accomplish this expansion, the Bamboo House will close down for several months while the construction takes place.  It is set to re-open this spring.
