Over the years the brothers have built and managed many key developments. One of their proudest deals involved purchasing the farm of Dr. John Hannah, President Emeritus of Michigan State University.

The Hannah property was a 200 acre farm adjacent to the campus of Michigan State University to the West.

The Eydes loved the location so much they built their headquarters there. Today it is the Hannah Technology and Research Center, standing as a place where research, education and business unite to form lasting knowledge and commerce for the future.
